Call for dancers! TQ Halloween Production

Sep 18, 2024

We’re excited to announce that we are putting together a special Halloween production, and we would love for you to be a part of it! In addition to the two one act plays that will be performed we are adding a dance troupe lead by choreographer Kelly Thompson.

We are seeking a talented or novice group of 12-15 dancers to form a dance troupe and perform the Witches Dance (WOLFSHAGER HEXENBRUT). This is a fantastic opportunity to dress up, step out in dance, and be part of a magical performance. Check out the you tube video that went viral in 2016 of a dance troupe that performed what is now known as the “Witches Dance”.

Performance Dates:

October 31, 9:00 pm
November 2, 7:00 pm
November 3, 2:00 pm

If you’re interested in joining the troupe, please reply to this email by September 30 at theatrequadra@gmail.com. If you have any hesitation that this may have connections to a religious sect or covent check out this article which explains how the dance got started.

We can’t wait to bring this enchanting production to life with your help!
